Iced Matcha latte

This is our favourite way to have matcha latte! Matcha has always been one of my favourite drinks, especially since I’m not a coffee drinker. You can make this one easily, it’s lovely and refreshing on a hot summer’s day! Ps. We use a traditional bamboo matcha whisk.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup water warm
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 handful Ice cubes (more to your liking)

Instructions

  • Heat up your water in a pan, you don’t want it to boil or it will scorch the matcha
  • Pour the hot water into a bowl
  • Add the matcha to the hot water
  • Whisk the matcha until there are no clumps
  • Prepare a glass with the milk and some ice cubes, then add the matcha!

Notes

  • Sometimes, metal utensils can give a slightly metallic taste to the matcha. If you notice this, try using a bamboo whisk or wooden utensils.
