Mezze Boards

Mezze Boards and Platters are a fantastic way to get a little bit of everything you like all on one board, to share with the people you love! You can get really creative with the variety of foods on your board.
We love to arrange a beautiful combination of colourful fruits and savoury snacks like hummus and crackers. The last time we made this, we found a Vegan Camembert that was absolutely divine, made entirely with cashews too!

Ingredients
  

Dips / mains

  • Hummus
  • Falafel
  • Vegan feta cheese cut into cubes
  • Vegan Camembert
  • Vegan ham

For Dipping

  • Fruits: Strawberries, grapes, mandarin slices, figs
  • Fresh vegetables: carrots, peppers, tomatoes
  • Assortment of crackers, breadsticks and toasts

Extras

  • Nuts: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts
  • Mixed Spanish olives

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Make hummus, falafel or any ingredients that take prep
  • Assemble dips on bowls on a large wooden board
  • Surround with ingredients used for dipping, like strawberries, carrots and crackers.
  • Place any extra ingredients to fill any gaps on the board.

Notes

We usually make our own hummus, but we like to buy the vegan cheeses and ham from a local health/ vegan store – The beauty of this is that it’s easy to bring together!
