Ingredients
Baked Oats:
1/2cupoat flour
1/2cupoat milk
1/3banana
1tspbaking powder
1tbspcocoa powder
1tbspalmond butter / peanut butter
Optional Toppings:
Blueberries
Banana
More nut butter!
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a mug or ramekin (If you are making 2 or more servings, it can be easier to mix in a bowl and then divide into mugs/ ramekins)
Microwave at full power for 5 minutes, individually, for best results (dry cake-y texture)
Notes
If you don't have baking powder, in a pinch, you can use 1/2 tsp soda + squeeze of lemon instead.
