I was inspired to start making my own hummus once I tried a Red Pepper Hummus Wrap from a food truck that would come by my local college.Since that point I have tasted and made hummus with all sorts of wacky ingredients, from spirulina to chocolate, but nothing quite beats the true classic hummus, the recipe of which you can find below!Personally, I like my hummus with a lot of tahini, but make it a few times, and you'll start to find your own personal favourite hummus too.
